I'll Take Control Of The House Which I'll Manage And Maintain

We can do this in several ways depending on your situation and comfort level.

We could place the house into a Florida Land Trust (many good reasons for doing this).  Or, more likely, we’ll could keep it simple and simply use a Lease with Option to buy agreement.

Either way, this will give me control of the house and give me the legal right to Lease, Sell, and Manage the house.

I'll Place A Family In The House Using A Rent-To-Own Contract

Then, I’ll find a family who wants to buy the house but needs some time to Clean Up Their Credit, Save Some More Money, or Pay Off Some Bills…

The goal is to, eventually, get them qualified for a new bank loan.  I was a Mortgage Broker for 10 years so I know what the lenders are looking for and can guide them along.

I’ll oversee their progress and help steer them along every step of the way.

Once These Tenant/Buyers Are Qualified... They'll Buy The House

While our Tenant/Buyers are in the house, I’ll manage them, the house, and make sure all is going well and as planned.

I’ll ensure The Mortgage, Taxes and Insurance are paid;  the house is maintaned;  and everyone is doing what they’re supposed to be doing.
